Studio Rental

Studio 6060 is well lit, air conditioned, private studio with includes Bluetooth, Wi-Fi, fridge, Nespresso coffee, grip equipment and backdrops . The studio has a dressing room and make-up station with a private bathroom in studio. 

 

Perfect for fashion, portraits, still life, arts, dance shoots, videos and more. 850 square feet of shooting space, 12' ceilings.

 

Crew sizes of 12 or less is ideal, especially in the age of Covid 19 where space for social distancing is a premium. 

Rental Rates

  • Weekdays:                                                                                     $50/hr (2 hr minimum) (9am-6pm)

  • Weekends & Nights                                                                      $75/hr (2 hr minimum) (6pm-9pm)

  • Holidays or Late Night                                                                  $100/hr (After 10pm) (3 hour minimum)

  • Profoto D2 Set (2 d2’s, 2 softboxes, 2 lighting stands)               $50 flat fee

  • Additional Profoto D2 or B1                                                         $20 flat fee

  • Hand Painted Canvas Backdrop                                                  $25 flat fee

  • V-Flats (2)                                                                                        $10 flat fee

  • Use of our Wardrobe                                                                     $50 flat fee PLUS cleaning cost of any item

Terms and Conditions of Rental

​

  • A 50 percent deposit due at time of booking. Remaining rental fees due on rental day

  • Fees for additional time that was not billed during the initial booking will be due at the end of the rental period

  • Rental time begins promptly at the booking starting time and ends promptly at the prescribed ending time, regardless if renter and/or renter’s party is late

  • Rental time includes setup, tear down and cleaning. The studio must be cleaned and vacated by the scheduled end time and no later, please consider this when booking your rental

  • The space should be left clean and as you found it. Our cleaning fee covers wiping down tables, sweeping, and taking out bagged trash

  • $100 minimum cleaning fee will be assessed if you leave the studio dirty, especially of you have large groups or production crews exceeding 12 people. 

  • The renter must maintain proper insurance and is responsible for all activities all people in attendance during their rental.

 

STUDIO GUIDELINES

  • No smoking is allowed in the studio. 

  • No glitter, confetti or smoke effect allowed in the studio

  • Music is to be kept at reasonable levels, Bluetooth speakers are provided

  • No alcohol or illegal substances

  • No pets allowed without prior consent only

  • Maximum of 8 people in renter’s party. Total 12 people max in the studio at one time. 

 

STUDIO EQUIPMENT

  • Additional Studio lighting is provided upon request, at additional cost.

  • Renter is responsible for studio lighting setup and tear down. If our staff has to do any lighting or equipment setup there is an additional charge. It is a minimum of 1 hour at $100/hour for lighting set up and teaching your team how to use the equipment.

  • All pre-installed paper backdrops (black, white, grey) are free with rentals.

  • $20 fee for full sweep/roll out of white or black seamless on the floor.

  • Special order backdrop colors can be requested and installed for $100 (7 day notice required)

 

CANCELLATION POLICY

  • Full refund for cancellations made more than 48-hours before scheduled rental

  • No refund for cancellations made less than 48-hours before scheduled rental

  • 25 percent reschedule fee if notice is less than 48-hours before scheduled rental
